I wanted to take some time to brag on your employees. This past weekend, my AC stopped working early Saturday morning, and being a new homeowner, I was pretty much clueless on what to do next. So, I woke up early Saturday to make calls. I saw your company’s number on the AC unit outside and called immediately. When Sherry returned my call, she was so gracious and kind. She told me what the next steps would be, and even conferenced in an on call technician (Berry) to help talk me through turning the system off so things could defrost. Being that it was the weekend, I knew staffing was limited. So, the fact that they took the time to slowly walk me through everything meant the world to me. Fast-forward to Saturday afternoon, Julian arrived at our house. He was an absolute delight. He explained what happened, and how he resolved the problem. From start to finish, my experience with your team was amazing! Every single person I talked to made me feel valued and heard. I appreciate customer service like this. Because of my excellent experience, I didn’t hesitate to sign up for your maintenance program.
I look forward to working with your team in the future, and I am thankful I will have Reliance keeping a close eye on my home’s HVAC system from now on.

" Thank you for sending your A-Team to install my new central heat/air unit on Saturday, June 27, 2020. They were extremely kind, considerate and respectful as they installed my new system. They were also very competent with the installation process which was not an easy procedure. They put in the extra effort to see that the work was done right taking pride in what they did. Nick even went the extra mile to make sure the filter was enclosed so that the weather would not have the opportunity to negatively impact it, such as keeping the filter damp, which was happening with the old system. You have a winning team with these guys - Nick, Adam, John and Colby!! They even made sure they cleaned up their work area before leaving. Everyone I dealt with at Reliance Heating and Air, including yourself, was very nice, kind and professional!!
My only concern was installing a Lennox brand (3 1/2 ton) unit instead of a Carrier or Trane system I have concerns about Lennox quality, but I trust your recommendation of a Lennox heat pump system to replace my old Ruud heat pump unit. Time will certainly tell the story!! Thank you again for getting the job scheduled quickly and for sending this awesome team to do the job!!

"Our air conditioning was having problems and Reliance came out. They were patient and tried to fix it 2 times by changing filters, recommending an electrician and then finally cleaning the coils and changing the filters. Of course, after all that, it was still not working well. They came out to replace it with a new system. All their employees were professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. They tried saving me money. I did not mind paying them to replace it. And Now I'm needing to call them for my upstairs.!! When it rains it pours... I'm sure I will get just as good service."

"Once upon a time, I was a homebuilder. After several tries, I selected Reliance to do my new homes installations. Since then (14 years), I've had an annual service contract for Spring and Fall checkups and tune ups. They've replaced my crappy original system (not my install) with a new high efficiency system in 2005, and maintained it scrupulously ever since. In May, the compressor (outside unit) wouldn't start. Their serviceman came right out, inspected it, replaced a kaput electrical condenser, rechecked all the functions and pressures, collected $119 from me, and went his merry way, all in the space of an hour. There are horror stories out posted all over consumer sites about crooked HVAC contractors. It's easy to be fooled by crooks because what typical homeowner knows anything about the innards of their AIR CONDITIONER? My status as an annual service customer saved me a trip charge ($75), and it's good to be cool in the Summertime!"

"I have used Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning in Conyers for 20 years for my HVAC. I am located in Alpharetta. They service all of metro Atlanta. My elderly Mother's air conditioner went out last week. Reliance was out quickly when I told them the homeowner was 83 years old. After discovering the compressor had gone, I informed their technician, Robbie that my mother is on a very limited income. He went to work trying to find her a reasonably priced replacement. He spent a lot of time on this and was genuinely concerned about her. The owner had him replace the air conditioner unit and I am sure they didn't end up making a dime on this service. There are few companies that actually care and I and my mother are forever grateful to them. This is an honest and hardworking bunch of people. I will use them for my service work forever.
